What this product is
This rectifier functions as the central AC-to-DC conversion engine within telecom power plant infrastructure and enterprise DC power distribution units (PDU). Its internal architecture features a two-stage conversion scheme: an active Power Factor Correction (PFC) front-end that continuously shapes the input current waveform to achieve a power factor greater than 0.99 while mitigating grid harmonic reflections; followed by an isolated LLC resonant DC-DC converter utilizing Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) and synchronous rectification. Fully managed by internal high-speed microcontrollers, the module continuously monitors vital operational parameters and communicates real-time diagnostic and control telemetry over a high-speed multi-drop CAN/RS485 industrial bus.
