What this product is
The R4850G1 combines an internal input electromagnetic interference (EMI) stage, an active bridgeless/interleaved PFC stage, an isolated full-bridge LLC resonant DC-DC converter, and a multi-tasking DSP control board. The onboard controller executes high-frequency pulse-width modulation (PWM) while interfacing through an internal CAN bus to exchange telemetry (voltage, current, thermal profiles, and failure codes) with the host monitoring unit to ensure autonomous active load sharing across multiple parallel modules.
What problem it solves
Resolves field vulnerabilities related to severe grid fluctuations, lightning surges, and low-voltage blackouts through its wide input window; eliminates severe heat losses and high operational expenditures caused by low-efficiency rectifiers; and circumvents single point of failure (SPOF) risks via hot-swappable N+1 redundancy architectures that allow live zero-downtime maintenance.
Who and where it is for
Ideal for 5G wireless macro base stations, remote radio unit (RRU/BBU) outdoor enclosures, telecom central offices, edge data centers, railway signaling and traction power systems, and distributed industrial DC control cabinets.
