What this product is
The module integrates an Active Power Factor Correction (APFC) front stage with an isolated DC/DC resonant converter back stage, achieving a power factor of ≥0.99 and total harmonic distortion (THDi) under 5%. Internal microcontrollers continuously monitor operational parameters and relay diagnostics via an onboard CAN bus to central Power System Monitoring Units (SMU), enabling precision active parallel current sharing, smart battery temperature-compensated charging, and complete compliance with IEC/EN 60950 and ETSI standards.
What problem it solves
It eliminates grid instability vulnerabilities such as severe undervoltage brownouts, high-energy transients, and utility phase shifts that frequently destroy standard industrial power supplies. Furthermore, it addresses DC bus voltage fluctuations during rapid load transitions, removes the risk of battery bank overcharging/thermal runaway, and eliminates service interruptions through non-disruptive hot-swap capability.
Who and where it is for
Engineered for 4G/5G macro cell base station power cabinets, outdoor integrated telecom shelters, central enterprise switching centers, optical transmission nodes, distributed antenna systems (DAS), and mission-critical industrial -48V DC uninterruptible distribution setups.
