What this product is
The NPR48-ES comprises an active EMI suppression network, a single-phase APFC boost converter, an LLC half-bridge resonant DC-DC stage, and synchronous secondary rectification. Controlled by an onboard digital signal processor (DSP) linked via a digital communications interface to the centralized supervisory unit (CSU), it complies with international electrical safety and EMC benchmarks including IEC/EN 62368 and EN 55032 Class B.
What problem it solves
Eliminates network outages caused by volatile commercial utility grids through its 85V–300V AC operational tolerance. It solves thermal congestion and high operational expenditures (OPEX) in compact outdoor enclosures through its ≥95.0% efficiency, and it minimizes Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) by allowing hot-swappable module replacement without dropping active DC bus loads or disturbing battery float charging.
Who and where it is for
Ideal for cellular 4G/5G macro and micro base transceiver stations, fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) aggregation nodes, central office DC UPS systems, railway communication and signaling networks, and industrial SCADA 48V backup DC plants.
