What this product is
At its architectural core, the DZYSP-24-48-1600 combines an active power factor pre-regulator stage with an isolated high-frequency DC-DC bridge converter managed by high-speed digital signal processing. The front end integrates industrial EMI suppression and multi-stage transient surge clamping, while the isolated secondary stage delivers regulated, low-noise -48V telecom bus power. Built-in serial monitoring interfaces (CAN/RS485) allow full telemetry ingestion—transmitting voltage, current, internal temperature, and fault diagnostics directly to the primary power shelf controller.
What problem it solves
This module eliminates system downtime caused by unstable grid conditions, deep voltage sags, and dynamic solar irradiance spikes typical of off-grid and remote rural sites. Its rapid transient response avoids telecom bus voltage collapse during solar-mains switching transitions. Furthermore, hardware-enforced overvoltage clamping (OVP), output backfeed prevention, and autonomous current sharing prevent catastrophic cross-module circulating currents and thermal cascading in high-capacity paralleled arrays.
Who and where it is for
Engineered for cellular 4G/5G macro and micro base stations, solar-diesel-grid hybrid telecom sites, remote microwave repeater towers, cross-border defense communications outposts, and standard 19-inch embedded telecom DC power subracks.
