What this product is
The DZY4850B is a high-frequency power conversion sub-assembly comprising wideband two-stage EMI filtering, an active boost PFC stage, a phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS DC-DC converter, and secondary synchronous rectification. Supervised by an on-board industrial microcontroller, it continuously monitors phase voltage, thermal metrics, and load sharing, communicating diagnostics in real-time to the system power controller in compliance with IEC/EN 60950 and EN 55022 Class B standards.
What problem it solves
It eliminates equipment shutdowns caused by wide grid sags and voltage surges across unstable AC lines through its wide 90V to 290V AC input window. Furthermore, integrated hardware-based selective overvoltage shutdown (OVP) and autonomous active current sharing prevent catastrophic DC bus overvoltage and module load-dump cascading during parallel plant operations.
