CPRI_LOS (CPRI Optical Signal Loss)

1. Measure optical RX power using an optical power meter to confirm it is within nominal range (-15 dBm to -4 dBm); 2. Inspect and clean optical connectors and transceivers to resolve high insertion loss; 3. Verify remote RRU power feed and SFP operational status; 4. If optical path is normal, reseat or replace the SFP optical module on the BPL1 board.
SFP_TX_FAULT (SFP Transmitter Fault)

Laser diode degradation or failure; laser bias current exceeds maximum threshold; SFP internal hardware fault asserting the TX_FAULT hardware pin
