AC_MAINS_FAIL
Rectifier yellow LED steady/flashing, controller red alarm LED steady
Total commercial AC mains blackout, upstream AC circuit breaker tripped, or input voltage dropped below 85VAC.
Measure L-N voltage at the AC input terminal block. If zero, inspect the upstream distribution board and surge protection breaker; if within spec, verify AC screw terminals are torqued and breaker contacts are closed.
DC_UNDER_VOLT
Controller yellow/red alarm LED steady, audible buzzer active
Prolonged battery discharge during mains outage causing DC bus voltage to fall below the undervoltage threshold (typically below -45.0VDC).
Deploy emergency mobile generator to restore AC mains immediately; verify total DC load and manually isolate non-critical circuits; ensure operational rectifiers are not locked out or in current-limit state.
RECT_COMM_FAIL
Controller yellow alarm LED flashing, faulty rectifier green power LED flashing
CAN bus communication loss, physical backplane signal contact oxidation/displacement, or rectifier internal interface circuit failure.
Reseat the faulted rectifier module, inspecting the backplane connector for dust or damage; swap the module to an adjacent empty slot to isolate whether the fault is in the slot or module; verify controller seating.
RECT_FAN_FAIL
Rectifier red LED steady, controller yellow alarm LED steady
Rectifier cooling fan mechanically jammed by foreign objects, dust accumulation, or tachometer feedback loss causing power derating/shutdown.
Disconnect AC and slide the rectifier out; inspect fan grill and remove foreign debris; blow clean with compressed air; if rotor spins freely by hand but the alarm persists upon power-up, replace the fan assembly or entire rectifier.
BATT_TEMP_HIGH
Controller red alarm LED steady, intermittent acoustic warning beeping
Battery compartment air conditioner outage, ambient thermal runaway, or internal cell micro-short causing extreme thermal accumulation (exceeding safety threshold, typically 50°C to 55°C).
Scan each battery cell immediately using an infrared thermometer; if all cells show uniform high temp, check/restart site HVAC cooling; if a single cell exhibits abnormal localized heat or swelling, open the battery circuit breaker to isolate the bank and lower float voltage.
