AC_FAIL (Mains Failure / Phase Loss)

Utility grid blackout, AC input circuit breaker tripped, upstream breaker tripped due to AC PDU short circuit, or input voltage below 85 VAC.
1. Measure AC input terminal voltages (phase-to-phase and phase-to-neutral) using a digital multimeter; 2. Inspect and reset tripped cabinet AC input MCBs and upstream ATS/mains switchgear; 3. If grid power is normal but rectifiers remain off, verify whether the AC SPD module is shorted and replace if necessary.
DC_LOW_VOLT (DC Bus Undervoltage & LLVD Triggered)
SMU ALM indicator solid red with audible buzzer; LLVD DC contactor mechanically released/open
Prolonged mains outage discharging batteries below protection threshold (default -47.0 VDC for LLVD, -43.2 VDC for BLVD), or all rectifier modules faulted simultaneously.
1. Deploy emergency mobile generator to power AC inputs and initiate battery recharge; 2. Check SMU LCD/WebUI to verify DC bus voltage and LLVD/BLVD contactor state; 3. If AC is restored but contactors fail to latch, execute manual contactor close command via SMU Maintenance menu and verify voltage parameter thresholds.

1. Remove and clean cabinet air filters and remove obstructions from vents; 2. Check fuse and DC power supply on door thermal control board (TCU), manually spin fan impellers to verify smooth rotation; 3. Calibrate PT100/NTC cabinet temperature sensors via SMU sensor diagnostic menu.
SPD_FAIL (Surge Protective Device Failure)

Lightning surge transient triggered thermal disconnection of internal MOVs, or SPD remote signaling dry contact cable is loose/disconnected.
