RECT-FAIL
Rectifier Fault LED Solid RED, CSU Alarm LED Flashing YELLOW
Internal power transistor breakdown, output overvoltage latch-up, primary PFC circuit hardware failure, or cooling fan stall.
1. Inspect intake air paths and clear dust clogging; 2. Check alarm log on CSU; if locked on over-voltage, cycle the dedicated AC circuit breaker and wait 3 mins; 3. If red fault LED persists, hot-swap the defective module and seat a spare unit.
AC-MAINS-FAIL
CSU Urgent Alarm LED Solid RED, Rectifier Green Run LEDs OFF
Commercial AC grid outage, tripped input branch circuit breaker, upstream SPD catastrophic failure, or input AC voltage exceeding 85~300VAC.
1. Probe AC input terminals with a multimeter to verify RMS voltage and phase balance; 2. Inspect the AC surge protection device (SPD) flag (replace module if red); 3. Verify automatic transfer to backup genset and monitor battery discharge reserve.
DC-VOLT-LOW
CSU Urgent Alarm LED Solid RED, Continuous Buzzer Audible
Battery bank prolonged discharge has driven DC bus voltage below under-voltage alarm threshold (typically -45.0VDC); disconnection imminent.
1. Immediately connect and start an emergency mobile generator to the AC input; 2. Verify there are no abnormal DC bus faults or severe non-planned overloads; 3. Prepare critical site preservation prior to LLVD/BLVD trip; monitor equalize recharge once AC recovers.
BATT-TEMP-HIGH
CSU Major Alarm LED Solid YELLOW
Battery compartment air conditioner failure, restricted thermal ventilation, internal cell short-circuit triggering thermal runaway, or damaged NTC sensor.
1. Inspect enclosure cooling fans and air conditioner operation; 2. Scan battery blocks with an infrared thermal imager to identify localized hotspot cells; 3. If bulging or excessive hotspotting is found, isolate the battery string breaker immediately and trim float voltage.
LLVD-DISENGAGE
CSU Major Alarm LED Solid YELLOW, LLVD Status Indicator Active
Extended battery discharge reduced the DC bus to the LLVD trip setpoint (e.g., -44.0VDC), causing the DC contactor to open and shed non-critical load routes.
1. Verify that disconnected channels are exclusively non-critical, and critical communications stay operational on the battery reserve; 2. Accelerate AC power restoration or deploy mobile generator; 3. Contactor will automatically reset when voltage recovers past target.
