AC_PWR_FAIL (AC Mains Failure / Phase Loss)

Utility grid blackout, AC input circuit breaker tripped, phase voltage below 80 VAC undervoltage threshold, or phase loss.
1. Measure phase-to-neutral voltages at the AC distribution terminal block using a multimeter (normal range 80 VAC - 300 VAC). 2. Inspect the internal AC surge protector breaker and main AC input molded-case circuit breaker (MCCB) to ensure they are closed. 3. Check the upstream ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) or diesel generator feed, confirm stable power, and reset any tripped breakers.
DC_HVSD (DC Output High Voltage Shutdown Lockout)
Faulty Rectifier ALM LED red solid, RUN LED off, CSU indicates HVSD lockout alarm
Defective rectifier PWM control circuit or feedback loop failure, causing DC voltage to exceed hardware threshold (>59.5V ±0.5V), triggering latching shutdown.
1. Access the CSU monitoring unit menu to identify the slot address of the module locked out by HVSD. 2. Extract the faulty rectifier module from the subrack, wait 5 minutes to discharge internal bus capacitors, then re-insert to cold reboot. 3. Prolonged AC mains blackout with generator unavailable; battery string discharged below protection cutoff threshold (default 43.2 VDC), triggering contactor disconnection.
1. Connect an emergency mobile generator or restore AC utility power to energize the rectifiers and supply the DC bus. 2. Verify the CSU automatically re-engages the BLVD contactor once bus voltage rises to recovery threshold (e.g., 48.0V); if not, check coil control output. 3. Configure CSU to Boost Charge mode (56.4V) with charging current limited to maximum 0.15C10 to prevent battery thermal runaway.
SPD_FAULT (Surge Protective Device Failure)

Lightning or AC power line surge energy dissipated by internal Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV), causing thermal disconnect and triggering remote dry-contact alarm to CSU.
1. Open the outdoor cabinet distribution chamber and visually locate which SPD plug-in cartridge (L1/L2/L3/NPE) indicates red. 2.
