AC_FAIL (AC Mains Failure / Phase Loss)

1. Measure phase-to-phase and phase-to-neutral AC voltages (L1/L2/L3/N) at input terminals using a multimeter. 2. Verify the AC input MCB (QF1) and surge protector breaker are in the closed position. 3. Check ATS automatic transfer switch position and upstream diesel generator or utility mains feed integrity.
DC_OVP (DC Overvoltage Lockout / HVSD)
CSU ALM LED solid red; Faulty rectifier FAULT LED solid red, module hardware-locked with zero output
Rectifier internal PWM regulation failure, corrupted CSU float/equalize overvoltage threshold (>59.5V), current share failure, or shorted internal diode
1. Measure actual DC bus voltage with a calibrated multimeter and compare against CSU reading. 2. Locate the specific rectifier module with solid FAULT LED, turn off its AC input breaker, and extract it to reset HVSD lock. 3. Re-seat and power on; if the module trips on overvoltage immediately, replace the ZXD3000 rectifier.
DC_LLVD (Load Low Voltage Disconnect Active)

De-energize control bus and measure resistance across CAN_H and CAN_L; confirm it reads approximately 60 ohms (parallel termination).
SPD_FAIL (Surge Protective Device Failure)

High-energy lightning surge strike causing varistor (MOV) thermal blowout, dedicated SPD circuit breaker tripped, or signal dry-contact wire open
