Alarms & troubleshooting

AC_IN_FAIL (AC Input Abnormal)
RUN LED (Green) OFF, ALM LED (Yellow) solid ON
Mains utility outage, AC input voltage outside operational range (<85VAC or >300VAC), or input MCB tripped
1. Measure AC voltage at rectifier input terminals using a digital multimeter to verify line voltage. 2. Inspect the AC distribution breaker (MCB) and SPD circuit for trips. 3. Reseat the module firmly; if AC input is verified good but fault persists, replace the power unit.
OUT_OVP (DC Output Overvoltage Lockout)
FAULT LED (Red) solid ON, RUN LED (Green) OFF
Internal PWM regulation loop breakdown, feedback failure, or external DC bus voltage backfeed triggering hardware latch-off (>59.5VDC)
1. Disconnect/pull out the rectifier unit and wait 30 seconds for internal capacitors to discharge. 2. Measure system DC bus voltage to ensure it is in the normal range (42V–58V). 3. Re-insert the module to reset hardware latch; if it immediately trips to red LED again, replace the module.
TEMP_SHUTDOWN (Overtemperature Shutdown)

Ambient temperature exceeding operational rating (>55°C), air intake/exhaust dust filters blocked, thermal recirculation, or faulty heatsink NTC sensor
1. Verify cabinet and room cooling systems; reduce ambient intake temperature to 25°C–30°C. 2. Clean front and rear dust filters and ensure unobstructed airflow paths. 3. Allow internal heatsinks to cool below auto-recovery threshold; if alarm persists under cool conditions, replace the unit.
FAN_FAIL (Fan Speed Control/Blocked Fault)
ALM LED (Yellow) blinking (0.5Hz), RUN LED (Green) solid ON or derating
Cooling fan blades mechanically blocked by foreign debris, fan tachometer Hall sensor disconnected, bearing seizure, or fan driver circuit defect
1. Inspect front and rear vents; blow out accumulated dust with dry compressed air and remove foreign objects. 2. Gently spin the fan blades to ensure smooth mechanical movement. 3. Check fan internal wire harness connection; if the fan does not spin or alarm persists, replace the fan assembly or rectifier unit.
COMM_FAIL (CAN-bus Comm Loss & Current Share Error)
ALM LED (Yellow) fast blinking (2Hz), RUN LED (Green) solid ON
Backplane gold-finger CAN pin oxidation/poor seating, CAN bus terminating resistor missing, CSU monitoring controller offline, or module ID address conflict causing unequal current sharing
1. Verify whether the central monitoring unit (CSU) reports a communication fault for this rectifier slot. 2. Remove module and inspect backplane gold fingers for bent pins, dust, or oxidation; clean with isopropyl alcohol and reseat firmly. 3. Check the 120-ohm CAN bus terminating resistors; if other slots communicate normally, replace this unit.
