HP_ALM (Compressor High Pressure Lockout)

1. Clean outdoor condenser fins using low-pressure wash to restore heat dissipation airflow. 2. Inspect outdoor fan motor, capacitor, and fan speed controller (FSC) output voltages. 3. Attach manifold gauges to check discharge pressure (cutout threshold ~2.8 MPa / 406 psi); verify refrigerant charge and absence of non-condensables. 4. Once pressure drops below the reset threshold, depress the manual HP reset button and clear the alarm on the controller panel.
LP_ALM (Compressor Low Pressure Lockout)
Alarm LED (Red solid), LCD displays 'LP ALARM', compressor locked out after startup bypass time
Refrigerant loss due to pipe leakage; heavily clogged indoor air filter; indoor blower belt broken or fan failed; thermal expansion valve (TXV) restricted/frozen or bulb charge lost; liquid line solenoid valve failed closed.
1. Inspect indoor return filters and evaporator coil for icing or heavy blockage; clean or replace filters. 2. Verify indoor blower rotation, belt condition/tension, and contactor operation. 3. Repair leaks, replace the filter drier, evacuate down to <500 microns, recharge according to factory specification, and clear alarm.
AIR_LOSS (Loss of Airflow Alarm)

1. Compare LCD temperature against a calibrated reference thermo-hygrometer; recalibrate or replace the NTC sensor if offset >2°C. 2. Inspect sensor wiring at mainboard terminals (TB1/CN); measure sensor resistance against temperature-resistance chart. 3. Verify compressor contactor, liquid line solenoid, and sight glass condition to ensure active refrigeration. 4. If cooling operates normally but ambient keeps climbing, inspect IT heat density and bring standby AC units online.
WATER_HIGH (Condensate High Water Alarm)

Condensate drain pipe clogged, pinched, or frozen; condensate removal pump power loss or motor winding failure; internal float level switch stuck at high position; drain tray outlet choked with debris.
