Mains utility outage, upstream AC input circuit breaker tripped, or AC phase voltage fell below 80VAC cutoff threshold.
1. Measure phase-to-phase and phase-to-neutral voltages at the system AC input terminals using a True-RMS DMM; 2. Verify position of system input breakers and upstream distribution panels; 3. Confirm standby generator start and ATS transfer operation; 4. Inspect upstream surge protective devices (SPD) for short-circuit failures triggering circuit interruptions.

Validate controller DC float/boost output setpoints and low voltage thresholds (default 45V); 3. Verify healthy online status of all rectifiers and replace faulted modules; 4. Prepare manual shedding of non-essential load breakers prior to reaching terminal BLVD disconnect.

Internal PFC circuit breakdown, DC/DC resonant stage overcurrent lockout, auxiliary auxiliary supply failure, or cooling fan stall causing thermal trip.

1. Inspect thermal conditions and operating health of battery room air conditioning units; 2. Perform an infrared thermal imaging scan of each cell casing to identify hotspots; 3. Ensure the controller temperature sensor probe is securely mounted to cell casing and not contacting heat-generating hardware; 4. If physical battery casing swelling is detected or temperatures exceed 55°C, open the battery string breaker immediately to avoid catastrophic rupture.

Battery string discharged to critical terminal cutoff limit (e.g., 43.2VDC) during prolonged mains blackout; contactor forcibly decoupled to preserve cells.
1. Do not manually force contactor engagement; 2. Restore utility AC power or connect mobile generation sets to the system input; 3. Upon AC energization, rectifiers will initialize, bootstrap, and re-establish the primary DC bus; 4. Once bus voltage exceeds the reconnection threshold (typically >48VDC), the controller will automatically re-energize the BLVD contactor and initiate controlled current-limited battery recharge.
