INV_FAULT (Inverter Fault - Bypass Active)

Inverter bridge IGBT driver failure, internal hardware self-test fault, or direct output short circuit forcing transfer to static bypass
1. Review LCD control panel to record active internal fault codes (e.g., Code 02/08). 2. Isolate downstream load branches and inspect distribution panels for dead shorts. 3. Perform a cold reboot after 5 minutes unpowered; if fault persists, replace the power module assembly.
BATT_DISCONN (Battery Disconnected / Breaker Open)
Warning LED solid amber, Battery status LED flashing at 1Hz, 1-second intermittent beep
External battery cabinet (EBC) DC breaker tripped open, battery DC power cable unseated, or internal string DC fuse blown
1. Verify rear panel and external battery cabinet (EBC) circuit breakers are switched to 'ON'. 2. Ensure DC power connectors (Anderson/heavy-duty connectors) are fully mated and secured. 3. Measure open-circuit DC bus voltage across battery terminals; if within range, initiate a manual 'Battery Test' via LCD to clear the alarm.
OUTPUT_OVERLOAD (Output Overload Alarm)

Total connected load exceeds 100% rated kVA/kW capacity (or exceeded inverse-time curve limits: 105%/130%/150%), triggering bypass transfer
1. Check LCD display to identify actual real-time phase load percentages (L-N kW/kVA). 2. Immediately shed non-essential IT loads until total capacity drops below 80%. 3. Navigate to LCD control menu and select 'Transfer to Inverter' to restore normal on-line operation.
OVERTEMP (Internal Over-Temperature)

Ambient operating temperature exceeds 40°C, front bezel air filter clogged, restricted chassis clearance, or DC cooling fan tachometer failure/stall

Verify datacenter precision cooling status to lower ambient ambient room temperature below 25°C. 3. Check fan RPM status via LCD 'Status - Fan' menu; if RPM is zero or stalled, replace cooling fan module.
BUS_OVERVOLT (DC Bus Overvoltage Lockout)
Fault LED solid red, Inverter LED off, system transfers to bypass or shuts down output, continuous buzzer
Regenerative energy feedback from inductive/capacitive loads, PFC boost rectifier feedback loop failure, or open-circuit failure of DC bus electrolytic capacitors
1. Inspect and isolate downstream regenerative equipment such as motors, dynamic drives, or heavy laser printing loads. 2. Disconnect AC input and battery string; allow 10 minutes for internal high-voltage capacitors to fully discharge. 3. Restart unit in no-load condition; if bus overvoltage recurs immediately, replace the internal PFC rectifier / power stage board.
