Alarms & troubleshooting

CAN_BUS_OFF / NODE_TIMEOUT (Controller CAN Bus Interface Lost / Node Timeout)
Controller front panel red ALARM LED steady ON; display flags bus communication offline; rectifiers operate autonomously.
Subrack communication ribbon cable disconnected, high EMI interference on CAN lines, transceiver IC fault, or open termination resistor.
1. Reseat controller module and reconnect subrack ribbon cables; 2. Measure DC voltage on CAN_H and CAN_L (nominal ~2.5V differential); 3. Ensure communication cabling is isolated from high-power AC cables; 4. Reboot controller unit to perform bus re-initialization; 5. If communication remains offline, replace controller unit.
