AC_FAIL (AC Mains Failure / Phase Loss)

Inspect the upstream ATS, AC surge protection device (SPD), and input MCBs for trip or fault status. 3. If grid failure has occurred, verify whether standby diesel generator has started and transferred load correctly.
RECT_HVSD (Rectifier Output Overvoltage Hardware Lockout)
Faulty rectifier ALM LED solid red, RUN LED off; SMU controller displays Critical Alarm
Internal voltage control loop fault or surge breakdown causing module DC bus voltage to exceed hardware threshold (>59.5 VDC).
1. Identify the locked module slot ID via the SMU display menu, WebUI, or NetEco OSS. 2. Unseat the faulty rectifier from the slot, wait 3 minutes for internal DC link capacitors to discharge, then reseat it. 3. If the red LED re-latches immediately upon power-up, replace the faulty rectifier module (e.g., R4850G/R4875G).
LLVD_ACT (Load Low Voltage Disconnect Active)

Prolonged AC power outage caused deep battery discharge below the configured LLVD threshold (typically 43.2V–44.0V DC).
1. Measure battery string and DC bus terminal voltages to verify if levels approach BLVD threshold. 2. Immediately connect mobile generator or restore AC grid to allow rectifiers to output DC power. 3. Verify that the SMU automatically recloses the contactor once the DC bus recovers above reconnect voltage; perform manual close via SMU menu if needed.
CAN_COMM_FAIL (Rectifier CAN Bus Communication Failure)

Subrack backplane CAN pin deformation, incomplete module insertion, slot address conflict, or blown internal CAN transceiver chip.
1. Ensure the rectifier handle lock is firmly locked; pull out the module and inspect backplane CAN connector pins for damage. 2. Swap the module into an adjacent empty slot to isolate whether the failure follows the slot or the rectifier. 3. If failure persists in the same slot, inspect backplane ribbon cables; if failure follows the module, replace the rectifier module.
RECT_FAN_FAIL (Rectifier Fan Blocked / Tachometer Fault)
Rectifier ALM LED solid yellow; SMU reports fan fault, rectifier triggers power output derating
Air intake clogged with severe dust, foreign object jamming impeller blades, fan bearing seizure, or hall tachometer sensor failure.
1. Visually check through the front air grille of the faulty rectifier to see if the fan is stationary or blocked by foreign objects. 2. Extract the module, clean the cooling duct and impeller with dry compressed air, and manually spin blades to ensure smooth rotation. 3. Reinsert the module; if fan self-test fails to reach rated RPM within 1 minute and the ALM LED remains yellow, replace the fan assembly or module.
