CRIT Red LED solid, buzzer continuous tone
Prolonged mains outage depleting battery reserves below configured threshold, total rectifier failure, or extreme DC bus overload.
1. Inspect incoming AC supply and upstream breakers; 2. Measure actual DC bus voltage and total discharge current; 3. Verify rectifier operational state and reset if tripped; 4. Deploy backup generator or shed non-critical circuit feeds immediately.
RECT_COMM_FAIL
MAJ Yellow LED blinking
Internal CAN bus communication interruption between rectifier module and DK04 supervisor, loose backplane contact, or duplicate module ID addressing.
1. Unlatch and reseat the reported rectifier module; 2. Inspect backplane guide pins and connectors for dust, damage, or pin misalignment; 3. Check supervisor controller menu for assigned module slot IDs; 4. Swap to an adjacent slot to isolate backplane vs module MCU fault.

Utility grid swell, lightning surge transient, or floating/disconnected AC neutral line causing phase voltage to exceed 300VAC shutoff threshold.
1. Measure AC input L-N line voltage with a True-RMS multimeter; 2. Inspect the upstream distribution box to verify neutral conductor continuity; 3. Inspect AC surge protective device (SPD) status window for fault indication; 4. Rectifiers auto-recover once grid voltage drops below 290VAC hysteresis point.
BATT_TEMP_HIGH

HVAC failure in battery compartment, impending thermal runaway due to internal shorted cells, or open/shorted external NTC thermal probe wiring.
1. Scan the battery string with a thermal imaging camera to detect localized hotspots or bulging cells; 2. Check site HVAC cooling operation; 3. Disconnect and test NTC sensor resistance (nominal 10kΩ at 25°C); 4. If thermal runaway is present, lower system float voltage immediately and isolate degraded battery blocks.
BLVD_TRIP
CRIT Red LED solid, supervisor LCD displaying flashing alert
Battery string voltage dropped below safety disconnect threshold (typically 43.2VDC), prompting the magnetic contactor to open to prevent catastrophic cell destruction.
1. Confirm loss of utility grid or severe input feed failure; 2. Connect mobile diesel generator to the AC input terminals; 3. Once rectifiers energize and raise bus voltage above 48VDC, confirm BLVD contactor re-closure via controller menu; 4. Initiate manual or scheduled boost/equalize charge (56.4V) to restore battery capacity.
