Inspect and reset upstream external breakers and system integrated AC input MCBs. 3. Check AC input contactor coils and terminal torque; verify clearance on CSU display once AC supply stabilizes.
DC_HVSD (DC Bus Overvoltage Hardware Shutdown)

High lightning surge current triggering thermal disconnect of MOV varistor cartridges, or loose auxiliary alarm dry contacts
1. Visually check AC and DC SPD inspection windows in the 9U chassis to identify which plug-in cartridge shows red. 2. Verify the SPD dry contact signal terminal block wiring continuity back to the CSU sensor input board. 3. Open the SPD protective branch MCB, pull out and replace the damaged plug-in varistor cartridge with matching specs (e.g., In 20kA / Imax 40kA), then re-engage the MCB.
