Alarms & troubleshooting

AC_IN_FAIL (AC Mains Failure / Out of Range)
Green LED OFF, Yellow LED OFF/Solid, Red LED Solid
Mains blackout, upstream AC breaker tripped, input voltage below 85VAC or above 300VAC, or loose AC terminal contact.
1. Measure AC input phase-to-neutral voltage with a multimeter to verify it is within 85-300VAC; 2. Inspect upstream distribution breaker, verify no short circuits, and reset if tripped; 3. Reseat module and inspect rear connector pins and shelf backplane for burn marks or poor contact.
DC_OV_LOCK (DC Output Overvoltage Lockout / HVSD)
Green LED OFF, Red LED Solid, output fully disabled
Internal voltage sense feedback circuit failure, PWM drive failure, external bus feedback voltage >59.5VDC, or corrupted CSU OVP threshold settings.
1. Remove the fault module to cut power, wait 3 minutes for capacitor discharge, then reinsert to clear latch; 2. Check the controller (CSU) to verify the OVP threshold is properly set (typically 58.5–59.0VDC); 3. If HVSD recurs immediately upon reinsertion while bus is normal, internal power stage is damaged; replace the module.
OVER_TEMP (Over Temperature Derating / Thermal Shutdown)
Yellow LED flashing/solid during derating; Green OFF and Red Solid upon shutdown
HVAC failure causing ambient temp >65°C, front air intake grill clogged with dust, blocked exhaust path, or heatsink dust blanket.
1. Check room air conditioning and ensure intake air temperature is within 25°C–35°C; 2. Inspect and vacuum/clean the rectifier module front air intake grill and cabinet filters; 3. Use dry compressed air to clear heatsink dust and allow the module to cool down until automatic recovery occurs.
FAN_FAIL (Fan Locked-Rotor / Fan Speed Fault)
Yellow LED Solid/Blinking, Red LED Solid, output power derated
Fan impeller physically blocked by foreign object, bearing seizure, Hall sensor tachometer circuit failure, or loose internal fan connector.
1. Visually inspect the front fan grill for foreign objects or cables jamming the impeller; 2. Power down the unit and use an insulated probe to gently turn blades, verifying smooth bearing rotation; 3. If blades spin freely but fan fails to start or tachometer alarm persists upon boot, replace fan assembly or the rectifier.
CAN_COMM_FAIL (CAN Bus Communication Lost / Current Sharing Failure)
Yellow LED Blinking (0.5Hz), Green LED Solid (module defaults to autonomous safe voltage)
Poor contact on module rear CAN_H/CAN_L pins, missing 120Ω CAN bus termination resistor on shelf backplane, CSU controller lockup, or faulty internal CAN transceiver IC.
1. Check the controller (CSU) status to verify if the module slot address/ID is detected; 2. Reseat the rectifier module and inspect rear gold pins for bending, corrosion, or pin push-out; 3. With system de-energized, measure resistance across CAN_H and CAN_L with a multimeter (nominal ~60Ω with two 120Ω termination resistors in parallel); repair backplane if open.
